The booth

Bulletin — the day’s rules from FIBA. Read it first; it tells you which papers are required and which stamps are illegal that day.

Documents — papers each traveller hands you (passport, permit, BDA, work card…). Compare them against the bulletin and against each other. Mismatched names, expired dates, missing stamps, or impossible regions are grounds to deny.

Stamps — your tools: APPROVE, DENY, REJECT. Each leaves a permanent mark on the traveller’s papers and on your record.

Day counter — top bar; days run 1 → 25. The war ends on day 25 regardless of how many you process.

Wallet — your daily Biafran notes. Rent and food are deducted at the end of each day.

How you earn (and lose)

• +1 Biafran note for each correct decision (approving a clean traveller; denying a clear forgery).
• −2 Biafran notes for each mistake (waving a forgery through; turning away a legal traveller).
• Citations from FIBA accumulate; three in one day costs you the booth.
• End-of-day costs: rent, food, sometimes medicine. Run out and the game ends in destitution.

What APPROVE / DENY / REJECT mean

• APPROVE — let the traveller cross. Use only when papers match the bulletin.
• DENY — turn them back. Use for missing or expired papers; the traveller is sent home, not detained.
• REJECT — detain. Use for forgeries, smugglers, infiltrators. Triggers a security write-up.
